Are you passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, and looking for a role where you can make a tangible difference? We’re looking for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer to support the delivery of key initiatives, coordinate impactful activities, and help embed inclusive practices across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of our EDI strategy and contribute to a wide range of initiatives that promote inclusion across the organisation.

Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will help ensure our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion is practical, evidence-led and reflected in our day-to-day work. You will coordinate projects, support stakeholder engagement, and contribute to key activities including EDI events, communications and research. This is a varied and visible role, offering the opportunity to collaborate widely and make a meaningful contribution to our inclusive culture.

The successful applicant will:

  • Support the delivery of our EDI strategy and action plans, ensuring initiatives are well coordinated and effectively implemented.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation, including with staff networks, Equality Champions and key stakeholders to support engagement and participation.
  • Produce clear, engaging and accessible communications, reports and briefings for a range of audiences.
  • Lead the coordination of Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs), supporting teams to produce high-quality submissions and ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Organise and support events and activities that promote inclusion, such as Black History Month, Pride and International Women’s Day.
  • Contribute to EDI research, data analysis and insight, supporting continuous improvement and evidence-based approaches.
  • Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
