Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach)
Salary: £26,476 - £38,860 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday
The Role
Support the delivery of our EDI strategy, coordinate projects, engage stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that promote inclusion across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the EDI strategy and action plans, ensuring initiatives are well coordinated and effectively implemented.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation, including with staff networks, Equality Champions and key stakeholders to support engagement and participation.
- Produce clear, engaging and accessible communications, reports and briefings for a range of audiences.
- Lead the coordination of Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs), supporting teams to produce high‑quality submissions and ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Organise and support events and activities that promote inclusion, such as Black History Month, Pride and International Women’s Day.
- Contribute to EDI research, data analysis and insight, supporting continuous improvement and evidence‑based approaches.
