As our global footprint continues to grow, we are strengthening our finance function to support high-quality financial reporting, robust controls, and effective oversight across our international operations. We are seeking a Financial Accounting Specialist to join our London-based finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking broad exposure to group reporting, consolidation, international entities, and listed company finance.

The Role

Reporting into Group Finance, you will support the preparation of consolidated financial information, coordinate reporting from international subsidiaries, and provide financial oversight for several smaller entities across the Group. This role offers exposure to both technical accounting and operational finance activities within a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Reporting & Consolidation
    • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs.
    • Assist with the consolidation of group financial information in accordance with IFRS.
    • Coordinate reporting submissions from subsidiaries and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
    • Review financial information received from local finance teams and external accounting providers.
    • Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and audit deliverables.
  • International Entity Accounting & Oversight
    • Provide financial oversight for a number of smaller Group entities, including operations in the UK, United States, Singapore, and other international locations.
    • Liaise with local accountants and service providers to ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with local requirements.
    • Coordinate payroll, banking, and accounting information required for financial reporting.
    • Monitor balance sheet reconciliations and support the maintenance of strong financial controls.
  • Operational Finance
    • Support banking administration.
