We’re RS Aqua, part of General Oceans, a global group of ocean technology companies. We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Manager who loves building order, fixing inefficiencies, and running a tight ship. If you’re someone who thrives on detail, loves good systems, and always finishes what you start, we want to hear from you. Your Mission To lead RSA’s commercial operations team (sales ops, logistics, and compliance) and make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and smartly — every day. You’ll be the one who makes sure our fast-growing business can scale with confidence. What You’ll Do Own and optimise our CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot Microsoft Business Central) Manage sales ops, order fulfilment, logistics, and commercial compliance Improve core processes: quoting, orders, invoicing, delivery, reporting Drive internal automation and introduce AI tools to save time and reduce manual work Lead a small, high-performing team and keep everyone focused and accountable Oversee ISO 9001 QMS, cyber security compliance, and export controls Deliver accurate reports on revenue, pipeline, ops, and risk to the leadership team Help us scale by building smarter internal systems and more reliable delivery What You Bring Experience in commercial ops, sales ops, or business operations Hands-on use of ERP/CRM systems (ideally Business Central and HubSpot) Strong process mindset: you like structure, systems, and doing things properly Confidence with reporting, forecasting, and team communication Experience with ISO 9001, export control, or other compliance frameworks Bonus points if you’ve implemented automation or AI tools in past roles Why RS Aqua?
