In the UK, our Advanced Design Studio in Leamington Spa is home to a world-class creative team shaping the future of mobility through bold concept vehicles and visionary design, along with individuals supporting Global Communications, Vehicle Aftersales, Software & Services, Motorsports, and Finance.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a HR Manager to lead and scale our HR operations across Ireland and the UK. As the HR country lead, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving workforce strategy, building an inclusive culture, and leading .

This is a high-impact leadership role—70% strategic, 30% operational—where you’ll shape the future of people and culture across two key markets. You will lead and scale GM’S Ireland and UK regional HR team (3-5 direct reports) If you’re passionate about driving transformation, enabling leaders, and creating a workplace where people can thrive, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Advise: Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, shaping workforce strategy, organizational design, and people planning across Ireland and the UK.
  • Talent Strategy: Design and execute talent programs including acquisition, development, succession planning, and leadership enablement.
  • HR Operations Leadership: Own core people processes (onboarding, performance, employee lifecycle, compliance, HRIS), ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Employee Experience & Culture: Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where employees are empowered to succeed.
  • Performance Enablement: Drive a high-performance culture through coaching leaders, managing performance frameworks, and guiding on ER matters.
  • Change & Transformation: Lead HR transformation initiatives, scaling processes across multiple geographies, and driving organizational change.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure alignment with Irish employment law (and UK as advantageous), including immigration and collective consultations.
  • People Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a small but impactful HR team, driving growth and career development.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate closely with COEs, Legal, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to deliver best-in-class HR solutions.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in people leadership.
  • Proven success as a senior HR advisor in Ireland; UK experience a bonus.
  • Deep expertise in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Track record of delivering HR transformation or scaling programs across multiple locations.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with Workday desirable.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills – a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/ Business or related field (Master’s or CIPD preferred).
  • Experience in multinational is an advantage

Hybrid
This role is categorized as Hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Limerick office 3 times per week, at minimum.
