About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Business Account Manager to lead key retail partnerships and drive the growth of our brands. You’ll be the face of the business to your customer — accountable for sales, share, profit, and building strong commercial relationships. This role calls for energy, ambition, and sharp commercial thinking — someone who can negotiate brilliantly, forecast accurately, influence internally, and create customer intimacy that drives mutual success. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Category and Supply Chain, shaping strategies that win in market.
What your role is
As Business Account Manager, your work will focus on driving profitable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering flawless execution. You will:
- Lead Joint Business Planning — shaping and negotiating annual JBPs and delivering agreed sales, margin, and growth targets.
- Own Forecasting & S&OP — delivering accurate monthly volume and financial projections with clear visibility to the business.
- Maximise Promotional ROI — managing trade spend, driving profitability, and securing strong activation and visibility in-store.
- Champion the Customer & Shopper — deeply understand their strategies, priorities, and needs — and translate these internally to shape aligned growth plans.
- Drive Category Thought Leadership — bringing insights and influence to help customers see the full potential of our categories.
- Build & Adapt Winning Account Strategies — with the agility to adjust plans as the market evolves.
- Deliver Outstanding Execution — working closely with internal teams to unlock customer-specific initiatives and best-in-class implementation.
- Work Cross-Functionally to Win Together — partnering with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and others to bring customer-led strategies to life.
What you will bring to the team
You’re an experienced FMCG Account Manager with a strong track record of delivering results — someone who combines sharp commercial instincts with strategic thinking and relationship depth. You’re just as comfortable in meetings as you are in the numbers, able to turn data into compelling stories that inspire action and unlock growth. With a strong track record of delivering results, you bring sharp negotiating skills, a strong grasp of category dynamics, and the ability to influence at every level. You thrive in cross-functional environments, using your commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset to spot opportunities, shape strategies, and drive mutual success.
