In a world that’s ever-changing, we look to stay ahead and seek people who share our love of food and are hungry to shape the future.

What Your Role Is

This role for General Mills International will be pivotal in implementing the concurrent supply planning capability in EUAU and bringing supply planning to the next level. As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the balancing of demand and inventory information against capacity realities to determine net requirements and production quantities by location. You will own both the short-term (weeks 5-13) operational planning and the long-term (months 4-36) strategic planning, working closely with cross-functional teams - including market teams, supply planners, plant operations, and OBMs - to make critical supply chain decisions.

You’ll leverage your analytical skills to run sophisticated scenarios, considering capacity, inventory targets, segmentation strategies, and volume plans across multiple locations, always striving for optimal cost-benefit outcomes. This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual who can translate complex data into actionable strategies. You will drive the execution of chosen supply plans, balancing competing constraints related to capacity, distribution, and volume.

You’ll partner closely with the business and plants to understand their objectives and constraints, adapting to evolving network realities and footprint changes. Collaboration extends to the logistics team, where you’ll contribute to the development of mid-to-long-term distribution strategies and support the creation of long-term production volume plans. Finally, you will build and implement annual supply strategies aligned with market financial, operational, and business targets, continuously monitoring KPIs and driving improvements in cost, time, capacity, and asset utilisation.

What You Will Bring To The Team

A highly adaptable and results-oriented supply chain professional with 5+ years of experience driving success in planning, forecasting, inventory management, and statistical analysis. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and excel at leveraging data-driven insights to optimise processes. Your strong communication and influencing skills allow you to effectively collaborate across teams, and your high learning agility enables you to thrive in fast-paced, transformative environments.

Proficient in utilising visualisation tools to communicate complex information clearly, and fluent in English, with a beneficial fluency in Spanish or French.

Other Considerations

Moderate travel will be required (10-20%).
