About the job

General Mills is looking for a driven, commercially sharp National Account Manager to accelerate the growth of Häagen-Dazs and Nature Valley across the travel & leisure sector. This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You'll be at the forefront of one of our most exciting growth areas, leading the charge to build new partnerships and expand our footprint across Out of Home. If you're energised by winning new business, opening doors, and turning opportunities into long-term success, this role is for you.

What your role is

  • Lead new business development across the travel & leisure sector - finding and converting high-value opportunities.
  • Own a strategic customer portfolio, driving revenue, profit, and flawless execution.
  • Build compelling customer propositions powered by insight, category thinking, and iconic brands.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, lead JBP cycles, and ensure forecasts and financials land on target.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category teams to deliver winning solutions.

You're a commercially driven self-starter with a passion for winning and a track record of delivering results. Whether you're stepping up from a National Account Executive role or already operating at the National Account Manager level, you bring the confidence and capability to operate in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment. You combine strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, and you're comfortable owning the numbers - from P&L to forecasting and performance tracking. Analytical, organised, and proactive, you know how to turn insight into action. Above all, you bring energy, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, along with a genuine passion for premium brands and the fast-moving world of Out of Home.
