As a key commercial leader within General Mills UK, you will be the driving force behind our partnership with major retailers β€” shaping strategy, delivering growth, and championing the success of our iconic brands on shelf and online. Your mission is to build a high-impact customer relationship while delivering against our ambitious sales, share, and profit targets.

What Your Role Is
  • Lead the creation and delivery of a market-leading annual sales plan.
  • Elevate your customer's strategy across the organisation and galvanise cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive mutual growth.
  • Manage one of our strategically important retail partners, strengthening collaboration and unlocking joint business opportunities.
  • Use category and shopper insights to shape persuasive selling stories that win with customers and shoppers.
  • Own P&L management for your account, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Act as a visible role model who shares insight, challenges thinking, and drives best practice across teams.

You are a proven FMCG Business Account Manager with a track record of delivering results and building high-value customer relationships. You understand how to influence, negotiate, and shape strategy β€” and you bring the commercial acumen to turn insight into exceptional execution.
