We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Finance Analyst to partner with our UK & Ireland business and help shape the financial performance of our brands on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of the business - where finance meets strategy. You'll work closely with Brand and Commercial teams to drive growth, influence key decisions, and maximise return on investment across a multi-million-pound portfolio.

What your role is:- Partner with Brand teams to shape and deliver short- and long-term strategies that drive growth across the UK & Ireland markets.
- Own financial performance management, overseeing multi-million-pound budgets and ensuring strong ROI through accurate forecasting, cost optimisation, and performance tracking.
- Deliver deep P&L insights, analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decisions that maximise financial value.
- Lead Strategic Revenue Management analysis, modelling initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to strengthen pricing and promotional strategies.
- Drive innovation pipeline development, building robust business cases to guide investment decisions and ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate on New Product Development (NPD), creating financial models, tracking performance, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead forecasting and reporting cycles, providing clear, accurate performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leverage advanced analytics, continuously improving tools and models to support smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
- Communicate with impact, translating complex financial data into clear, compelling insights that drive action across cross-functional teams.
You're a qualified CIMA professional with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience, bringing a strong track record in a commercial environment, ideally within branded food or FMCG. You combine strong financial expertise with sharp commercial acumen and are confident in challenging, influencing, and partnering with stakeholders across a matrix organisation. You communicate with clarity and impact - translating complex financial insights into meaningful business recommendations. Above all, you're a collaborative, high-integrity team player with the energy, curiosity, and ambition to grow - both personally and within the business.
