What Your Role Is:

  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of brand marketing plans, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communications & Platform Execution: Lead the execution of owned platform strategies, ensuring effective communication and engagement with target audiences.
  • Innovation & Pack Delivery: Execute pack delivery in market, demonstrating a strong commercial understanding of the impact of choices on the P&L.
  • Measurement: Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives post-activation, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with peers in the Brand Development team and cross-functional partners to execute plans and achieve shared objectives.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to complete tasks on time and within budget.

What You Will Bring To The Team:

  • A passion for our brands and a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • You will have practical marketing experience (internships, graduate programme or prior ABM experience), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles that extend beyond traditional advertising.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
