What Your Role Is
Are you craving an HR Business Partner role where you can truly make an impact and have some fun along the way? We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Business Partner to join our high-energy team on a one-year fixed term contract as our existing HRBP welcomes a new arrival of their own.
You’ll be a key strategic advisor, partnering with the UK & Ireland leadership team to drive business success through fostering engaged and energized teams. You’ll champion employee growth, foster agile decision making and continue to build on our strong culture of belonging. You will have a track record of thriving in a dynamic environment and translating business needs into impactful HR solutions.
Reporting to the UK&I HR Director, you will form a core part of the local HR team, influencing and executing our People agenda in the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities

- Talent Catalyst : Drive the talent agenda, partnering with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Project Champion : Lead impactful HR projects, contributing to both regional and global initiatives that shape the future of our company.
- Championing Growth : Develop and execute talent management plans, fostering individual growth, high performance, and succession readiness.
- Culture Driver : Lead key HR initiatives, including Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, employee well-being, and career development programs.
- Employee Advocate : Oversee investigations and complex employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Trusted Advisor: Proven cycles of success in prior roles that demonstrate your expert HR consultation to business leaders or leadership teams, building credibility as a trusted advisor.
- UK Employment Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience in managing employee relations.
- Credible Influence: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and advise employees to achieve their full potential, aligning with business goals.
- Change Steward: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to influence and execute an agenda for change within a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive Communicator: Excellent influencing skills at all levels, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strategic & Operational: Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, addressing both conceptual and tactical challenges.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of HR projects.
- Insight-Driven: Ability to analyze data and trends to identify insights and develop data-driven HR solutions.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a hands-on mentality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity to drive results.
- Qualifications: Degree educated or equivalent HR professional qualification preferred but not required for candidates with the right experience!
