What your role is: Brand Strategy & Planning: Input into the annual planning process for designated brand platforms, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Lead monthly data reporting within the team, identifying key consumer, category, and brand insights. Communications & Platform Execution: Lead the development and execution of owned and earned media strategies. Brand Execution & Innovation: Responsible for the execution of specific brand platform and customer plans, including renovations, price architecture (PPA), and omni-channel execution. Lead Tier 3 innovation projects end-to-end (assumptions, P&L, pack execution, and market launch). Budget Management & Measurement: Lead the monthly brand budget. Measure and report on the success of initiatives post-activation, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively partner with peers in the Brand Development team and cross-functional partners to execute plans and achieve shared objectives. Leadership & Influence: Ability to influence and execute plans across platforms and within customer accounts. What you will bring to the team: A highly motivated and results-oriented Brand Manager with 2+ years of CPG experience, ideally in a marketing capacity. You\’re fluent in CPG data (Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby, and the like), a project management whiz, and a master communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
