We are currently looking for individuals with Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatrics, and Paediatric sub-specialties.
£325 per evaluation + £325 for training & induction days.
An opportunity has arisen for successful applicants to undertake work completing Portfolio (formerly CESR) evaluations in the above specialties by becoming a GMC Specialist Applications Associate.
Responsibilities- Assess the portfolio of evidence provided by doctors who have not completed UK specialist training to determine if they meet the CCT curriculum outcomes in the relevant specialty.
- Write a report with your recommendation on whether the doctor should be entered onto the specialist register.
- Ensure you have a credible registration status with a current licence to practise and recent patient contact (within the last two years).
- Must be on the specialist register.
- A good analytical mind is essential for evaluating information against CCT curriculum outcomes.
- Experience as a practising consultant within Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatrics, or Paediatric sub-specialties.
- Be on the specialist register with a current licence to practise.
- Minimum of five evaluations per year and one training day per year.
- Role is generally homeworking but may require attendance at our London or Manchester offices on occasion.
Interviews will be held virtually via MS Teams, periodically throughout the year.
