We’re looking for an AI‑first marketer who loves getting their hands dirty, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and can achieve outsized results with limited resources. You'll work directly with our leadership team to shape our global marketing strategy, create compelling campaigns, launch new products, ensure commercial growth, and help further establish General Index as one of the most exciting companies in the commodities industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, content, events, partnerships and product marketing.
  • Build campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, pipeline and revenue.
  • Optimize our PLG motion in partnership with product and sales.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges, and the markets they operate in.
  • Turn complex data content into engaging, accessible content in partnership with our product team.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, campaign execution and performance analysis.
  • Manage our website, social channels, email marketing and marketing technology stack.
  • Support major industry events, webinars and customer‑facing initiatives.
  • Create customer stories, case studies and thought leadership content (often working alongside key partners).
  • Experiment constantly with new ideas, channels and approaches.
  • Track performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data‑driven decision making.

About You
