We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience across all areas of the marketing mix, including marketing operations, content creation, and demand generation. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to increase lead flow and improve brand awareness. The internship will be for a 6 month period, in-person in our office in Covent Garden 4 days per week.
What you'll be doing:
- CRM Management & Optimisation: Assist in managing and optimising our HubSpot CRM to support lead generation, segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Content Creation: Help produce engaging website content such as blog posts, articles, and case studies to enhance brand visibility and SEO.
- Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule compelling LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and infographics, to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Video Production & Promotion: Support the creation, editing, and publishing of video content while managing and promoting our YouTube channel.
- Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and distributing email campaigns to promote our content, products, and events.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign performance.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and promotion of webinars, conferences, and other marketing events.
- General Marketing Support: Handle other ad-hoc marketing tasks as required to support the team.
About you:
- Innate curiosity – you don’t just want to know about marketing, you also want to learn about our data and the energy industry.
- Currently pursuing or considering a career in marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and content creation.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, Canva, Google Analytics and other marketing tools is a plus but not essential.
- Good experience with AI technologies with a good understanding of how to use AI effectively.
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in marketing data.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
