Based in St Leonards-on-Sea, we currently provide avionic mission computing systems for military jets, helicopters, and UAVs. Our recent success includes developing next-generation high-performance, safety-critical mission computer systems for new aircraft platforms, integrating aircraft, sensor, and store management systems with information and control systems for aircrew operational needs.

Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, develops, implements, and administers HR programs. This role provides proactive, customer-focused support to meet organizational objectives and align with People and Business Strategies.

The successful candidate will support various client groups, develop HR initiatives impacting key business objectives, and play a vital role in company-wide HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business-related discipline
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a complex, matrix environment
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy development and implementation
  • Experience with office applications and HR systems like Oracle
  • Experience with people change programs is a plus

Additional Information

The role offers a salary between £55,600 and £69,500, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus. We support hybrid working (typically 3 days in-office) or full-time office work. Relocation assistance may be available for UK-based applicants.
