Job Description
As Total Rewards (TR) Advisor you will be supporting and executing total reward elements for the organisation. This role will be responsible for Total Rewards tasks and will play a "hands on" role in supporting and delivering key annual processes, including, but not limited, to benefits renewals, pension governance, compensation and reward capable of interacting with all levels of management. Experience in the use of HR Systems is desirable.
Additional Information
Salary for this position is £44,000 to £57,500 depending on experience plus our excellent flexible benefits package. We offer hybrid working - for this role ideally we are looking for an average of 2 days per week per month on site. This role could have an office base at either our Oakdale, South Wales or our St Leonards On Sea, Hastings site.
