Job Description
We are hiring a talented Senior Qualification Technician to help the development of the next generation of avionics systems.
Responsibilities
- Leading and executing qualification testing for electronic and electro‑mechanical systems.
- Developing and reviewing qualification plans, procedures, and reports.
- Coordinating with design, systems, and test teams to ensure qualification requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of qualification principles, environmental testing, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision‑making.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and test data.
- Skilled in using test equipment and data acquisition systems.
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or relevant discipline).
- Willingness to pursue further professional development or certification where appropriate.
Additional Information
This role has a salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 plus our flexible benefits package. We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid – typically 3 days working in office) or fully in our offices.
