Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll be a key partner to business leaders — delivering strategic guidance, leading impactful initiatives, and driving a high-performance, innovative culture.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Partner with leaders to provide expertise in areas such as employee relations, performance, and strategic resource planning
  • Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capability
  • Coach and mentor managers, enhancing their ability to lead people effectively and navigate HR matters with confidence
  • Lead key talent initiatives
  • Manage complex HR cases and change initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with positive employee outcomes
  • Support and lead cross‑functional HR projects aligned with business goals and employee engagement
  • Partner with leaders to drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist experience in a complex, fast‑paced environment
  • Degree in Business, HR, or related field; CIPD qualification is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy design, and strategic HR delivery
  • Influential communicator and relationship‑builder
  • Strong problem‑solver with analytical and project management skills
  • Confident advisor and coach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle)
  • Background in supporting organisational change and people transformation initiatives

Additional information:

  • Salary between £56,000 and £70,000 depending on experience plus flexible benefits package and bonus
  • Requirement to work on‑site a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualifying UK based applicants to move closer to our site
  • Compressed nine‑day fortnight and compressed hours – every other Friday off
