Responsibilities
- Ensure buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained and functioning properly.
- Oversee daily maintenance to keep property in good condition.
- Troubleshoot and perform complex repairs or coordinate with outside contractors.
- Act as liaison between employees and contractors for specialized issues.
- Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance.
- Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Interact with tenants to fulfill lease requirements and respond to service requests.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, coordination, and preventative maintenance.
