Major Position Responsibilities

  • Assists with the development and implementation of automation systems or components.
  • Supports or performs the program installation, testing, and maintenance of robots or automated components.
  • Assists in the commissioning and deployment of new automation installations, conducts field trials to ensure proper operation, and prepares reports or records documenting actions or findings.
  • Investigates and troubleshoots defects or bugs, completes repairs, and provides preventative maintenance.
  • Maintains the inventory of supplies and tools used for testing and maintenance.

Basic Qualifications

Required Education: Attending a Vocational / Technical School or internal training program. Equivalent combination of relevant education & experience or skillset.

Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree.

Discipline/Major: Technical training preferred.
