As Total Rewards (TR) Advisor you will be supporting and executing total reward elements for the organisation. This role will be responsible for Total Rewards tasks and will play a "hands on" role in supporting and delivering key annual processes, including, but not limited to benefits renewals, pension governance, compensation and reward & recognition. Through research and bench-marking, the TR Advisor will help to define the future of Total Rewards and be instrumental in supporting the Manager of Total Rewards in shaping the TR Strategy.
As part of this role you will focus on:
- Benefits & Pension activities such as:
- Benefits schemes and managing Benefit platforms
- Reviewing benefit data and provide analysis on ROI of benefits
- Providing Pension plans support where required.
Qualifications:
- Compensation & benefit administration, analysis, design and knowledge of related legislation and the economy
- Typically requires degree level education or a wide range of relevant experience, or equivalent
- Knowledge of general HR practices and legislation
- Advanced ability in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of interacting with all levels of management
- Experience in the use of HR Systems is desirable
Salary for this position is £44,000 to £57,500 depending on experience plus our excellent flexible benefits package.
We offer hybrid working - for this role ideally we are looking for an average of 2 days per week per month on site. This role could have an office base at either our Oakdale, South Wales or our St Leonards On Sea, Hastings site.
