As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will support the Director of Human Resources and partner with business leaders to deliver strategic guidance, lead impactful initiatives, and drive a high‑performance, innovative culture. You will empower leaders, foster growth, and achieve extraordinary results through measurable HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, and strategic resource planning.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a high‑performance culture and strengthen leadership capability.
  • Coach and mentor managers to enhance people‑leading skills and navigate HR matters with confidence.
  • Lead key talent initiatives and manage complex HR cases and change initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with positive employee outcomes.

Experience

  • HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist experience in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • CIPD qualification is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy design, and strategic HR delivery.

Skills

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle).

Company & Benefits

  • Salary range: £56,000 – £70,000 depending on experience, plus a flexible benefits package and bonus.
  • Required to work on‑site at least 3 days per week.
