Responsibilities:
- Derive Change Requests (CR)/Request for Variance (RFV), entering initial attributing/information and prepare for processing through the Change Process.
- Preparation of Engineering Change Order (ECO) package for delivery to customer.
- Produce Engineering Release Record (ERR) deliveries to customer.
- Derive Change Orders (CO) from the CR entering initial attributing/information and prepare for processing through the CO process.
- Ensure movement of COs through to completion after all reviews are complete.
- Support Change Specialist 1 activities as required.
- Maintain accurate Configuration Management (CM) files and records.
- Update training materials and participate in continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in change management or relevant technical skill.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Experience in Teamcenter is very beneficial.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortability with independent learning and a self-starter attitude is needed.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position.
