As a member of the Rate Development team, you will be supporting the development of our annual Forward Pricing Rates Proposal, Operating Plan, and Overhead budgets. In addition, the team participates in many activities such as:

  • Overhead monitoring, reporting, and forecasting
  • Actual performance processing, reporting, and analysis
  • Rate performance analysis by program
  • Impact analysis of rate or strategic business changes
  • Audit support (government, internal, and external agencies)
  • Special projects as assigned

Due to the nature of the work, this role requires on-site presence up to 100%.

Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role

  • Develop detailed forecasts of indirect cost related to allocations and division expenses
  • Analyze and evaluate historical data and trends
  • Process monthly actuals and produce monthly overhead reports
  • Provide functional overhead support and reporting
  • Create and track EXPN workorders/reporting
  • Perform rate volume analysis for significant projects
  • Provide internal, external and government audit support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (specifically Excel) and demonstrated skills with Oracle, Hyperion and OBIEE applications
  • Basic knowledge of CAS and FAR regulations
  • Analytical skills and ability to work multiple projects at once
  • Self-motivated and proactive
