General Dynamics Land Systems is on the look‑out for a Senior Project Controller to join our established team. The successful candidate will earn a favourable salary of £42,000 to £52,500 based on experience and potential. This is an ideal role for someone who has a proactive and positive mindset and a keen desire to grow professionally.
Joining an established team based at our South Wales facility, you will work across a range of stakeholders to support assigned Project Manager(s) to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence. Monitor, report & flag concerns, exceptions and issues through recognized escalation routes, along with proposed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Can create, maintain and report project schedules using Microsoft Project, and use EVM to effectively manage and report progress on a project.
- Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- An understanding of risk management tools (such as Active Risk Manager (ARM)), and carry out Schedule Risk Analysis using risk management tool & Microsoft Project.
