Job Description: The Senior Project Controls Analyst role is wide ranging, the role interfaces with a number of key project stakeholders across the business, but primarily with Project Managers. The principle purpose of the role is to:

  • Support assigned Project Manager(s) to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence.
  • Monitor, report & flag concerns, exceptions and issues through recognised escalation routes, along with proposed solutions.

Qualifications: To be considered for this Senior Project Controls Analyst role, you should have:

  • Considerable experience working in a controlled project environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating and maintaining project schedules
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with risk management tools and practices
  • Ability to support a portfolio of projects of medium to high complexity
  • Flexibility and a service delivery mind-set
  • Solid understanding of project support knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Capability to produce high-quality work on time
  • Familiarity with Project Controller competencies
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred

The ideal candidate is proactive, contributes to improvement initiatives, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information: This role has a salary of between 40,320 and 58,000 plus our flexible benefits package. We are open to this role being spent with time working from home and in the office (hybrid - typically 3 days working in office) on a weekly basis or fully in our offices. Relocation assistance may be available for qualifying UK based applicants to move closer to our sites.
