If you offer proven administrative experience and the ability to provide a high standard of customer service, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Registration Team at the General Dental Council (GDC).
The Registration Team ensure all administrative changes are made to the GDC s register of qualified dental professionals in an accurate and efficient manner.
You will provide effective administrative support to the Registration Team and participate in the development of administrative systems and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the database of dental professionals.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and manual records and archives.
- To provide the highest standards of customer service at all times and to promote effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Preparing paperwork for committee meetings.
Person Specification
You will need to demonstrate:
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven communication skills.
- Good IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience of maintaining records, databases and filing systems.
- Ability to plan and organise workload to timescales and to manage own time effectively.
