The General Dental Council (GDC) has an exciting opportunity for a practising GDC-registered dentist to become a Clinical Dental Adviser. Working in our Fitness to Practise Department alongside GDC colleagues, you will ensure that appropriate and timely clinical advice is provided on all relevant cases.

About You
- With outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- Who will enjoy working as part of a team to help make reasoned, balanced, and sometimes very challenging, decisions.
- Who is able to analyse and assess clinical evidence and to set out their opinions about the standard of the care a patient has received.
- Who can give advice to colleagues about what evidence might be required to progress an investigation.
- Who has experience of managing a large and varied workload, bringing high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- With experience of the legal and regulatory framework within which the GDC operates.
To be eligible to apply, you must be a practising Dentist without any live fitness to practise investigations or adverse FtP history.
