Job Description

You will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, progressing cases in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service. \\n\\nPerson Specification:\\n\\nRegulatory or similar environment experience, managing sensitive and confidential information.\\n\\t\\nAble to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment, using prioritisation and organisational skills when managing competing deadlines.\\n\\t\\nAbility to maintain accurate records, case information and other records using the case management system.\\n\\t\\nUse of analytical skills, exploring investigative options with an attention to detail.\\n\\t\\nTaking a creative approach to trouble shoot and resolve problems.\\n\\t\\nAbility to champion continuous improvement and assist in the implementation of change in the team.\\n\\nAbout Us: \\n\\nOur purpose is to protect the public by regulating dental professionals in the UK.
