We are looking for an enthusiastic Training and Events Coordinator to join our busy, dynamic and energetic team. The position will offer the ideal opportunity to develop your skills in event coordination within a professional and respected professional body.
The selected candidate will join a team of passionate event professionals who are responsible for delivering high quality training and events, both online and in-person to barristers across England and Wales. The role holder will need to manage a busy workload, working closely with colleagues within the immediate team and wider department to organise successful, high quality and engaging training and events.
The Training and Events Coordinator’s main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination, planning and administration of over 150 online and in-person training sessions
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of online, in-person and hybrid seminars, workshops and events including the Pupillage Fair and the Annual Bar and Young Bar Conference
- Working closely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver training and events
- Maintaining booking and sales systems to ensure smooth running of own projects
