Actis is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide support for members of the global Capital Solutions Team. The role is fast paced with a lively, exceptionally busy team and the successful candidate will be strong in time management, organisation, multi-tasking, detail oriented and managing multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior members of the Capital Solutions team, managing complex diaries, priorities, and communications across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and Limited Partners.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and visas.
  • Coordinate the logistics for investor-facing activities, including site visits, webinars, fundraising roadshows, AGMs, and other key client events.
  • Manage attendance tracking, confirmations, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Manage Fund Reporting data room requests from LPs and internal stakeholders.
  • Send out investor communications from central mailbox and manage responses.
  • Manage expenses, travel, and invoice processing for the team.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and provide EA cover as required.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders in a busy environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries and international travel.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exposure to investor relations or fundraising.
  • Experience coordinating investor events or roadshows.
  • Familiarity with DealCloud/Salesforce and Intralinks.
