An established manufacturing organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Westhoughton on a permanent basis. The company is offering a competitive package of up to £64,000, along with a £5,600 car allowance.

- Responsible for achieving inventory optimisation, customer OTIF and supplier OTIF targets, while driving cost savings and working capital reduction.
- Manage a team of five direct reports, overseeing procurement, logistics, planning budgets, and day-to-day operational expenditures.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, including inventory management, supplier performance, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, legal regulations, and safety standards across all logistics and material movements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, logistics, and supplier management to meet production demands and customer satisfaction goals.
