To strengthen our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) division in the UK, we are looking for a C&I Technical Sales Manager to join our UK team and contribute to the expansion of our power projects portfolio.
Purpose
As C&I Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new opportunities and the successful delivery of power generation projects within the Commercial & Industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to secure technical and engineered power solutions projects.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets and industry sectors.
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and market analysis.
- Managing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award.
- Supporting both project-based and transactional sales activities.
- Building strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and promoting Pramac solutions within the market.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the power generation, energy, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong track record of generating new business and developing customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce as CRM
- Experience managing complex project-based sales opportunities.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
