Key Responsibilities
- Lead translational medicine strategy across clinical development programs.
- Develop biomarker and clinical pharmacology plans supporting target engagement, dose optimization, patient selection, and proof-of-mechanism.
- Integrate biological, PK/PD, biomarker, and clinical data to guide development decisions.
- Define translational milestones and biomarker strategies across the development lifecycle.
- Partner with bioanalytical and laboratory teams on biomarker assay development and implementation.
- Drive interpretation of translational data to understand mechanism of action, efficacy, and resistance.
- Contribute to study design, protocol development, endpoints, and data analysis plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, CROs, academic partners, KOLs, and vendors.
- Support regulatory submissions and health authority interactions related to translational strategy and biomarkers.
- Help build organizational capabilities while fostering a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
Qualifications
- PhD, PharmD, MD, or MD/PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Clinical Science, Translational Medicine, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in translational medicine, clinical development, and biomarker strategy.
- Expertise in oncology, immunology and related therapeutic areas.
- Track record advancing oncology programs from early clinical development through proof-of-concept and late-stage studies.
- Proven ability to integrate scientific and clinical data to inform drug development and patient selection.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Research, Clinical Development, and Regulatory Affairs.
