This role will need you to be a native digital producer (totally hands on and obsessed with detail) who lives and breathes Gen Z content and someone with a passion for politics, whose storytelling and content creation is designed to impact stakeholders, one of the most misunderstood issues of our time. You will be experienced in building influential personal brands for good.

This is no average role, you will be at the bleeding edge of one of the hottest markets on the planet, fighting the good fight and on the right side of history - but face adversaries like you never have before. This personal brand is ground breaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-develop but execute a cohesive content strategy that reflects the personal brand's voice, values, and objectives.
  • Editorial Oversight: Plan and curate content themes, topics, and formats to ensure a diverse and engaging content lineup.
  • Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently across all content.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to maintain a cohesive production workflow.
  • Guest Coordination: Identify, invite, and prepare collaborators or interviewees, ensuring they align with the content strategy.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve final content pieces, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor audience feedback and analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery across all channels as well as monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Work with our engagement team to respond to comments and messages, fostering community growth.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers as needed to enhance content quality.
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and report on growth and engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation and personal brand development.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviours.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with high-profile individuals or personal brands.
  • Background in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation strategies.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to match the personal brand's identity.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a prominent personal brand's digital presence.
  • Flexible working arrangements as the role is full time remote.
  • Collaborative and creative work environment.
