What you’ll be doing
- Develop & execute end-to-end influencer campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) tailored to multilingual audiences.
- Research & connect with creators who embody our values—negotiating partnerships, drafting briefs, and overseeing content quality.
- Manage logistics; gifting, affiliate links, content approvals, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and on time.
- Monitor & optimise performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CAC), extracting insights to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure compliance; all partnerships must align with healthcare regulations (e.g. ASA, CMA, GDPR), with clear disclosure guidelines.
- Collaborate across teams; working with global marketing, legal, content, design, and regional leads to align messaging.
- Stay ahead of trends; keep on top of algorithm changes, creator trends, and platform updates to inform strategy.
Who you are
- 2–4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing campaigns; ideally abroad or multilingual, with regulated-industry exposure.
- A natural communicator; you can pitch collaboration, negotiate terms, and cultivate ongoing influencer relationships.
- Data-savvy and creative; you excel at using insights (e.g. engagement, ROI) to refine narratives and targeting.
- Culturally fluent; you're experienced working across languages, time zones, and cultural norms.
- Compliance-minded; you understand the importance of transparency and legal alignment in healthcare messaging.
