Genda-Playnation Entertainment are now recruiting for Seasonal Customer Service Assistants at our arcade in Craig Tara Holiday Park, Dunure Road, Ayr, KA7 4LB.

OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping customers.
  • Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
  • To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
  • To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
  • To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE

  • Job Role: Customer Service Assistant (aged 18 plus)
  • Salary: National Living Wage
  • Benefits: Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat-shirt, trousers), Free use of pool and shows for friends and families, discounts where available.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week (Day & Evening shifts required, including Weekends)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible (Seasonal contract)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata.
  • Other: Flexible working full time & part time vacancies. We can offer overtime in busy periods. We provide on-the-job training for the position, ensuring that you can get up to speed whilst working alongside one of our supervisors.
