The Role Customer Service Assistant
As a Customer Service Assistant , your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting customers within the arcade
Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for Customers of all ages
Ensuring the arcade remains tidy, attractive, and well presented
Learning about our games, products, and promotions so you can confidently assist customers
Working as part of a fast-paced and supportive team
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys customer interaction, teamwork, and working in an exciting entertainment environment.
