Genda-Playnation Entertainment are now recruiting for Seasonal Customer Service Assistants at our arcade in Barmston Beach Holiday Park, Sands Lane, Driffield YO25 8PJ. The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers within the arcade
  • Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages
  • Ensuring the arcade remains tidy, attractive, and well presented

Job Details

Age Requirement: 18+ Contract Type: Average contract length 6 months. Each location operates on different opening & closing seasonal dates, so contract length may vary. 40 hours per week average during Peak season. 27 hours per week average during Off Peak season. Each location operates on different opening & closing times, so contractual hours per week may vary. Flexible on shift patterns. Day and evening shifts. Weekend availability required (including public holidays).
