Genda-Playnation Entertainment are now recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant at our Quicksilver arcade in Leeds Skelton Lake Services, Leeds, LS9 0AS.

Genda-Playnation Entertainment are looking for a new Arcade Host to join us. We're looking for fast-paced, motivated and intuitive individuals to join us at these busy Arcade locations.

OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To work in our Quicksilver Arcade engaging and helping Customers.
  • Listening to Customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
  • To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for Customers of all ages.
  • To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
  • To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform Customers accurately.

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE

  • Salary: £15,862.08 per annum
  • Benefits: Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat-shirt, trousers), Free use of pool and shows for friends and families, discounts where available.
  • Hours: 24 hours per week (Day & Evening shifts required including Weekends, Monday - Sunday)
  • Start Date: 20th May 2026 (or as soon as possible)
  • Annual Leave: 20 days, including bank/public holidays (pro rata based on part time hours). Bank/Public Holidays are classed as working days, and there will be the expectation to work these, unless requested as time off.
