The Role – Resort Arcade Manager Making Fun Happen You'll be responsible for running and developing our arcade operation, bringing together great people, great customer experiences and strong commercial results. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead from the front: Build, motivate and develop a team that enjoys coming to work and takes pride in what they do. Make the numbers count: Take ownership of budgets, P&Ls, income and costs. Understand your business and know what drives performance. Think ahead, not just react: Spot opportunities, solve problems early and constantly look for ways to improve. Keep things looking sharp: Set the standard for presentation, cleanliness, maintenance and customer experience. Keep things fresh: Embrace new machines, stock, products and ideas that keep customers entertained and drive revenue. Build great relationships: Work closely with resort partners, your Area Manager and the wider business. Own your operation: Ensure compliance, cash control, security and company procedures are always on point. What are we looking for? We're not necessarily looking for someone who knows everything about arcades. We're looking for the right attitude, energy and ability to make a difference. You'll ideally have: Previous management or supervisory experience. A positive attitude and a genuinely strong work ethic. Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and financial performance. The ability to motivate, support and get the best out of people. A proactive mindset – someone who brings solutions, ideas and initiative. Pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail. Good organisation, communication and decision-making skills. The flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays when required. Experience in leisure, hospitality, gaming or holiday parks would be a bonus.
