As a Seasonal Customer Service Assistant, you'll help create an exciting and welcoming experience for holidaymakers of all ages while working in one of our lively arcade venues.
At Genda-Playnation Entertainment, we are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in fun-filled holiday environments. We are now looking for energetic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Service Assistants for the 2026 season.
The Role: Customer Service Assistant
- Delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
- Learning about our games, products, and promotions so you can confidently assist customers.
Age Requirement: 18+
Contract Type: Average contract length 6 months. Each location operates on different opening & closing seasonal dates, so contract length may vary.
Hours: 16+ hours per week average - Each location operates on different opening & closing times, so contractual hours per week may vary. Day and evening shifts. Weekend availability required (including public and bank holiday availability). Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Overtime available during busy periods.
