Genda-Playnation Entertainment are now recruiting for Seasonal Customer Service Assistants at our arcade in Skirlington Leisure Park, Skipsea Road, Driffield, YO25 8SY.

We are looking for fast-paced, motivated and intuitive individuals to join us at this busy Arcade location.
Outline of Responsibilities:- To work in our holiday resort arcades engaging and helping customers.
- Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
- To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.
- To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.
- To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.
- Job Role: Customer Service Assistant (aged 18 plus)
- Salary: National Living Wage
- Benefits: Free Parking, Uniform provided (T shirt, Sweat-shirt, trousers), Free use of pool and shows for friends and families, discounts where available.
- Hours: 0 hours per week (Day & Evening shifts required, including Weekends and Public Holidays)
- Start Date: As soon as possible (Seasonal contract)
- Annual Leave: 25 days pro rata
- Other: Flexible working full time & part time vacancies. We can offer overtime in busy periods.
