Responsibilities:
- Developing the contract programme including design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Developing tenders and validation.
- Engage with supply chain to develop design, construction, plant and labour requirement.
- Operate under various contract terms including NEC.
- Maintain an excellent standard of administration through CDE.
Experience and Background:
- Proven track record of delivering on construction engineering projects as a lead project planner or planning manager.
- Pharmaceutical, Laboratory or Life Sciences experience.
- Extensive knowledge of legal frameworks within both the UK and EU.
- Asta Power Projects and Primavera P6.
- Advanced contract management expertise.
