- Assisting the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant activities
- Standing in for the General Manager when absent

Experience and Background:
- Experience within a restaurant and/or 100% “dry” environment
- Shift Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience
- A hands-on approach
- First class approach to customer service
- Passion for food and beverage is advantageous
