  • The company Who we are

The Genasys story began in 1997 with a founder who recognised that software was the key to improving insurance efficiency and customer experience.

We have grown into a recognised insurtech leader with over 25 years behind us, a strong foothold in South Africa and the UK, and expansion under way into international markets.

Our mission is to be the preferred software solutions partner to the insurance industry across Europe, Africa and the rest of the world.

Our core values are transparency, honesty, integrity and personal accountability.

Our platform is a modular, cloud-based insurance management system that can be applied to any insurance business regardless of currency, language or destination.

Clients launch products faster and cut operating costs by an average of 34%, transacting over £3 billion in Gross Written Premium and managing over 1.5 million policies globally.

The system has 352 pre-configured product line templates and 486 documented API endpoints.

The platform covers the entire policy lifecycle: no-code tools for wholesale and retail quote-and-bind journeys, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.

It lets insurers, MGAs and brokers build customised workflows, manage complex currency, taxation and multi-language requirements across regions, and support alternative models such as parametric, micro or embedded products.

  • Maintains Hub Spot list segmentation, runs deduplication, updates lifecycle stages and keeps the marketing database clean.
