We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of high-impact client portfolios and scale performance through smart strategy, strong relationships, and hands-on execution. You’ll lead affiliate programs end-to-end setting direction, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team to deliver measurable results.

Location: Only candidates based in or able to work from Plymouth, UK will be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Own affiliate strategy: Build and evolve tailored plans aligned to client goals, KPIs, and growth targets
  • Lead execution: Run day-to-day program operations, campaigns, and optimizations
  • Deliver results: Analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and continuously improve ROI
