Responsibilities:
- Execute the program strategy and action plan
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of multiple affiliate programs
- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy‑in from decision‑makers
- Define, monitor, and analyse trends in clients’ metrics & KPIs
- Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars
- Lead recruitment, activation, optimisation, compliance, and communication to affiliates
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure added value
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements
- Host client‑facing calls and meetings in relation to the publisher portfolio that they oversee for each account while participating in similar calls for accounts supported
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operational tasks including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, optimisations, quality/compliance assurance, newsletters and text link development/management
- Source, develop, and nurture affiliate partnerships to support client’ channel objectives
